Rebode - Measurement App
A companion app that helps users utilize their own phone to provide an accurate representation of their space along with their homeowner profile for a robust remodel plan.

Paired with the rest of the Rebode experience, this highly accurate room-scanning app empowers homeowners and their remodeling professionals at a greater level of efficiency.
The Rebode Measure app is one part of the small network of companion tools that make up the greater remodel toolkit. It utilizes Apple’s AR based RoomPlan API and native Swift to allow users to scan any room and associate them with their Remodeling profile on Jumpstarter.

The integration with a user’s Jumpstarter profile adds a strong personalization that mirrors project management with a contractor, designer, or other remodel professional. The stage at which the user can engage is still in their hands where all the information about style, dimensions and all interior design preferences are safely and securely stored awaiting their readiness to jump into the next stage.

We started with a very strong basic platform that matched the design language already established by other Rebode standards. Adding in new 3D formatting and viewport elements that suited the user-experience best was our priority. The combination needed to be seamless and managing the stored measurements became an opportunity to add important user value.

The 3D and 2D displays were now allowed to become showpieces for the user, allowing tap to rotate and pinch-to-zoom gestures are now a method to allow a user to gain more control, understanding, and confidence in the app and how it integrates with the larger family of Rebode tools.
